I was born in the USA and studied in the USA and in France. I have a B.S. from the University of Connecticut School of Business including my Junior year at the University of Rouen. After finishing my studies, I worked as a financial analyst in the heart of the Boston Financial district. I have lived and worked in France for the past 25 years as an Independent Trainer/Consultant. I’m very proud to be a certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (A.C.C.) and also certified by Erickson (E.P.C.). I love helping my Coachees meet the challenges that our new VUCCA* world presents.
* volatile, uncertain, chaotic, complex and ambiguous
I am passionate about helping individual Coachees, Teams, and Organizations solve their toughest problems while learning, creating and having fun at the same time. I believe in the power of Collaborative Intelligence and particularly enjoy the methodology behind Action Learning. I love the idea of turning interesting conversations into useful conversations, as a “thinking partner” in French or in English. Thanks to my background in Finance and my years in many different sectors, I understand the transformation present in today’s workplace. I see coaching as a fun way to spend precious time creating awareness, synergy and clear, practical, action steps to move towards personally determined goals.
I truly believe each and every one of us has the resources to find our own solutions, but we “get by (better) with a little help from our Coaches” …
